Goods must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

 

Refunds

Upon cancellation, we will issue a refund of the price of the goods, excluding any return postage costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned items or proof of return.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exemptions

The right to cancel does not apply to:

  • Personalised , bespoke or custom made items.

  • Sealed goods which cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.

  • Digital content that has been downloaded or streamed with your consent.

  • Services that have been fully performed with your agreement during the cancellation period.

Returns and Faulty Goods

Faulty Goods

  • If the goods you received are faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

  • You must notify us within 14 days of receiving faulty goods.

 

Return Process

To return faulty goods, please contact us for a returns number/detailed instructions on how to return the goods.

We will bear the cost of returns if the goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Limitation of Liability

General Limitation

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of business, or loss of profit resulting from the use or inability to use the Website, or from any delay in delivery or failure to deliver.

 

Exclusions
