We take reasonable steps to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate and up-to-date.  However, we do not warrant that product information is error-free, complete, or current.  All products and services are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products or services at any time without prior notice.

Order Process and Contract Formation

Order Confirmation:

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received. This acknowledgment does not constitute acceptance of your order.

 

Contract of Sale:

A legally binding contract is formed only when we dispatch the product(s) and confirm shipment via email.  We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion prior to dispatch.

 

Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable, unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full at the point of order using the available secure payment methods.  We are not responsible for any additional charges imposed by your bank or card issuer.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.  We will make reasonable efforts to deliver products within the stated time frames but cannot guarantee delivery dates.  Delivery shall be deemed complete when the goods are delivered to the address specified in your order.  Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

 

Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

You have the right to cancel (cooling off period), most online purchases within 14 calendar days of receipt, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

To exercise this right, please notify us in writing via contact us within the 14 day period. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.  Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of returned goods or evidence of return.  All refunds will be made to the original payment method.

 

Some goods and services are exempt from the right to cancel, including:

• Digital downloads (once downloading has started with your consent)

• Personalised/customised or bespoke items

• Sealed items not suitable for return once opened (e.g. hygiene or health products)

• Perishable goods

• Services that have already been fully performed

 

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, and software, is the intellectual property of or its licensors.  You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any content without express written permission.

Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or products purchased from it.   Our total liability for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of the order in respect of which the claim arises.
